Entuity maps its own event severity levels to TrueSight Operations Management severity levels through BEMSeverityMapping.properties. The mapping is as follows:

When Entuity cannot make a mapping, forwarded events will have the severity level of UNKNOWN.
The event severity values visible in the Entuity UI run from 1 to 5, but the internal values used for mapping to TrueSight Operations Management run from 2 to 10.
