Please see below for a guide on the possible upgrade paths to Entuity v22.0 from Entuity v20.0 P09 and Entuity v21.0 P04. Note, after you have upgraded the OS, do not run your current version of Entuity before upgrading to Entuity v22.0.

Starting with Entuity v20.0 P09:

User is running Entuity v20.0 P09 on Windows Server 2016, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v22.0:

1. Upgrade OS to Windows Server 2019 or 2022.
2. Upgrade to Entuity v22.0.

User is running Entuity v20.0 P09 on Windows Server 2019, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v22.0:

1. Upgrade to Entuity v22.0.
2. (Optional before or after step 1: upgrade to Windows Server 2022).

User is running Entuity v20.0 P09 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 7, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v22.0:

1. Upgrade OS to Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 8 or 9.
2. Upgrade to Entuity v22.0.

User is running Entuity v20.0 P09 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 8, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v22.0:

1. Upgrade to Entuity v22.0.
2. (Optional before step 1: upgrade OS to Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 9).

User is running Entuity v20.0 P09 on Oracle Linux version 7, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v22.0:

1. Upgrade OS to Oracle Linux version 8 or 9.
2. Upgrade to Entuity v22.0.

User is running Entuity v20.0 P09 on Oracle Linux version 8, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v22.0:

1. Upgrade to Entuity v22.0.
2. (Optional before step 1: upgrade OS to Oracle Linux version 9).

Starting with Entuity v21.0 P04:

User is running Entuity v21.0 P04 on Windows Server 2016, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v22.0:

1. Upgrade OS to Windows Server 2019 or 2022.
2. Upgrade to Entuity v22.0.

User is running Entuity v21.0 P04 on Windows Server 2019, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v21.0:

1. Upgrade to Entuity v22.0.
2. (Optional before or after step 1: upgrade to Windows Server 2022).

User is running Entuity v21.0 P04 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 7, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v22.0:

1. Upgrade OS to Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 8 or 9.
2. Upgrade to Entuity v22.0.

User is running Entuity v21.0 P04 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 8, and wishes to upgrade to Entuity v22.0:
