How do I view and manage user defined data receivers

To view user defined data receivers in the UI:

1. From the Entuity Main menu, go to Administration, and click User Defined Data Receiver in the Polling section.
   The User Defined Data Receiver page is displayed.

2. Click the Receivers tab.
   The existing user defined data receivers are displayed in the table. 

    

   This page lists the following information about each data receiver.

   Column	Description
   Name	Name of the receiver, as specified in the Display Name field on the General tab.
   Receiver Type	Type of receiver, either Attribute Data or Object Creation.
   Data Source	The Data Source ID of the data source for which the receiver is configured.
   Record Types	Type of record data being sent.
   Context Type	Device type, as specified in the Context Type field on the General tab.
   Component Type	Name, as specified in the Receiver Name field of the General tab.
   Sub-component Type	Component type, as specified in the Component Type field of the Step tab.
   Description	User-specified description.
   Step Names	Number and names of the steps in the data receiver.
   Last Modified	Time and date the poller was last modified.
   Modified By	User who last modified the poller.
   Enabled	Whether the data receiver is enabled or disabled.
   Sync	For multi-server environments, this indicates if the receiver has been synced across all remote servers when a receiver is created, edited, or deleted. Hovering over the icon shows the current sync status.

    

   To enable or disable user defined data receivers:

   By default, User Defined Data Receivers are enabled upon creation. 

   1. Click the Receivers tab on the User Defined Data Receiver page. 
   2. Select the desired receiver(s) and click Enable/Disable Receiver(s) from the Overflow Menu or right-click Context Menu. 

   

    

    

   To edit user defined data receivers:

   1. Click the Receivers tab on the User Defined Data Receiver page. 
   2. From the table, select the data receiver(s) you want to edit and click the Edit Receiver button at the top of the page. Alternatively, select the Edit Receiver option from the Overflow Menu  or right-click Context Menu. 
      
      
       
   3. This takes you to the General tab, from which you can edit the settings of the selected data receivers. The fields on the General tab are the same fields that are displayed to create User Defined Data Receivers.    To delete user defined data receivers:

   1. Click the Receivers tab on the User Defined Data Receiver page. 
   2. From the table, select the receiver you want to delete, and click the Delete Receiver button at the top of the page. Alternatively, select the Delete Receiver option from the Overflow Menu  or right-click Context Menu. 
      
      
       
   3. Click Yes to confirm the deletion within the confirmation dialog window that is displayed.
