Introduction:
The Maintenance Mode page is where you can view and manage your maintenance schedules. This page consists of a table listing the maintenance schedules you have created, and provides further management options.
To view maintenance schedules:
- Click Main Menu and then Administration. This will open the Administration page.
- Click Maintenance Mode. This will open the Maintenance Mode page.
- On this page is a table listing the maintenance schedules that you currently have active, inactive or scheduled. The table details the following information:
Column Name Column Description Name name of schedule. If the schedule was created by an external server, then a suffix (name of the server in brackets) will be added for clarity. Status if the schedule is currently active. Devices number of devices in the schedule. Starts At schedule start time. Ends At schedule end time. Suppress Events whether the schedule suppresses events. Schedule string representation of the schedule details, e.g. 'All day; every day; every month'. Master Server name of the server on which the schedule was created (only applicable for remote schedules). The below columns do not appear by default, but can be included via the Configure Columns option in the Overflow Menu. Id schedule ID number. Description description of the schedule. Created At time and date the schedule was created. Created By user who created the schedule. If it is a remote schedule, this will be the name of the server. Modified At time and date the schedule was last modified. Modified By user who last modified the schedule. If it is a remote schedule, this will be the name of the server.
Further management options:
From the Maintenance Mode page, you can also access further maintenance schedule management options, via the Overflow Menu or the right-click Context Menu. These options are as follows:
- delete maintenance.
- duplicate maintenance.
- edit/view maintenance.
- new maintenance.
- split maintenance.
- sync maintenance.
