To access the Data Export Health page
Details of the Data Export Health page
The Data Export Health page displays a summary of overall data export performance, as well as details of the top five failing data export jobs and the top five most delayed data export jobs. Data export metrics are calculated for the previous 24 hour period.
To access the Data Export Health page:
- In the Main Menu, click System Information.
- In the System Information table, click the icon (either a green tick or a red cross) in the Data Export column.
- This will take you to the Data Export Health page.
Details of the Data Export Health page:
The overall Status indicator can be one of 3 states:

 OK |
performance is within acceptable boundaries. |
 Warning |
maximum delay is greater than 5 minutes. |
 Severe |
maximum delay is greater than 10 minutes, or one or more jobs failed to complete. |
The information shown on this page is as follows, across three tables:
- Job Summary
- Failed Jobs
- Delayed Jobs
Job Summary:
This table includes the total number of export jobs run over the previous 24 hours, including both scheduled and manually generated data export jobs. It also includes a percentage breakdown of the success and failure of those jobs.

| Success | percentage of successfully completed data export jobs. |
| Failure | percentage of data export jobs that failed to complete. |
| Average Duration | average time taken to successfully complete a data export job. |
| Maximum Duration | maximum time taken to successfully complete a data export job. |
| Average Delay | average time between when a scheduled data export job was intended to run and when Entuity started to run the data export job that would successfully complete. |
| Maximum Delay | maximum time between when a scheduled data export job was intended to run and when Entuity started to run the data export job that would successfully complete. |
Failed Jobs:
This table lists the top 5 failing export jobs.

|---|---|
| Name | name of the data export job. |
| Message | error message generated when the data export job failed. |
Delayed Jobs:
This table lists the top 5 delayed export jobs, sorted by delay. The Status Notes at the bottom of the page indicate the warning (by default a maximum delay of 300 seconds or more) and severe (by default a maximum delay of 600 seconds or more, or 1 or more jobs failed) threshold settings.
