How do I enable or disable a dashboard?

To enable or disable a dashboard

By default, all dashboards are enabled. This means that they will appear in the dashboard breadcrumbs and/or the All Dashboards form when you have opened the context to which they apply.

You can disable a dashboard, which means that it will no longer appear in the context to which it applies.

You can enable and disable both system dashboards and custom dashboards.

To enable or disable a dashboard:

1. Navigate to the Dashboard Configuration page and select the dashboard that you want to enable or disable.
2. In the Overflow Menu, click Enable / Disable (depending on if the dashboard is currently enabled or disabled), or right click on the dashboard and click Enable / Disable Dashboard from the context menu.
   
   
3. The change will be made immediately.
