Entuity supports all Pure Storage device models that support v1.8 of the API.
To collect data from Pure Storage devices:
In order to collect data, Entuity uses a direct connection to Pure Storage devices using REST API connection. Please see this article for further help and information on adding storage devices to your network.
For non-production deployments (test environments), you can disable strict certificate checking. Note, this is not recommended for production environments. To disable strict certificate checking, navigate to the following file:
In Entuity v19.0:
[entuity install]/lib/CollectionEngine/etc/cecfg.propertiesIn Entuity v20.0:
[entuity install]/etc/CollectionEngine/cecfg.propertiesIn this file, there is the property:
trustAllCertificates=[value]If set to 'true', certificate checking will be removed. The property might be commented with a preceding # sign (e.g. #trustAllCertificates=true), in which case you will need to remove the # for the property to be recognized.
