How do I manage flow collection across all devices?

To view a summary of flow collection on all ports on a device

The Flow Inventory page enables you to manage flow collection across all devices. This page contains a summary table of flow collection by device.

To view a summary of all devices on your network that are configured to collect flow information:

In the Main Menu, click Administration.
Click Flow Inventory. This opens the Flow Inventory page.
This page displays a summary table of all the devices on your network that are configured to collect flow information.
Tick the hide managed devices box to show devices that are collecting or sending flow data but are not in the inventory. By default, this is unticked.

The table columns are as follows:

Column Name	Column Description
Device	device IP address or resolved hostname that has interfaces configured to send flow data to the Entuity server. If the device is not managed by that Entuity server, the device name is 'Unknown'.
Collecting	whether Entuity collects flow data from the device. Click Yes/No to open the Flow Collector Inventory window, through which you can control flow collection.
Receiving (# of Interfaces)	whether the device is sending flow data to the server and from how many of the known interfaces. Click on the Yes/No (#) to open the Flow Inventory Details page, which shows the state of flow collection on all ports on that device (see below).

To view a summary of flow collection on all ports on a device:

Navigate to the Flow Inventory page.
Click on the Yes/No (#) in the Receiving (# of Interfaces) column. This opens the Flow Inventory Details page.
This page displays a summary table of all the interfaces on the selected device.
To show only the interfaces for which flow information is collected, untick the show all interfaces box. By default, this box is ticked.

The table columns are as follows:

Column Name	Column Description
Interface	status and name of the port. Click on the port name to open that port's Summary dashboard.
Received in last 24 hours	whether the interface has sent flow data to the server in the last 24 hours. Click on the Yes to open that port's Flow dashboard.
