To view DNAC SDA data:
- In the Explorer, navigate to the DNA Center that you want to look at.
- The Summary dashboard for the DNA Center will open. This will display the following:
- Key Info dashlet - this displays information about the selected DNA Center.
- Incidents List dashlet - this displays the incidents for each site from the DNAC via webhooks and from the ISE.
- Site Health dashlet - this displays information about the customer sites (either a single site or a collection of sites). This details information about the following:
- healthy client percentage.
- healthy network device percentage.
- number of wired clients.
- number of wireless clients.
- network health (Entuity v20.0 P02 upwards):

Incident and events:
The following incident and events can be raised on managed Cisco DNACs:
DNAC Connection Failed:
- DNAC Connection Failed event
- DNAC Connection Failure Cleared event
DNAC Poller Overrun:
- DNAC Poller Overrun event
- DNAC Poller Overrun Cleared event
DNAC Webhook Received:
- DNAC Webhook Alert Received event - raised if Assurance Issue Status changes to 'active'. This event will open the incident, and its severity is defined by the value of 'Assurance Issue Priority' within the webhook.
- DNAC Webhook Alert Cleared event (Entuity v20.0 P02 upwards) - raised if Assurance Issue Status chantes from 'active' to 'resolved'. This will close the incident, and its severity is defined by the value of 'Assurance Issue Priority' within the webhook.
DNAC Backup Failure:
Applicable to Entuity v20.0 P02 upwards.
- DNAC Backup Failure event - raised if Entuity receives a DNAC Webhook indicating the most recent backup has failed. This event has a severity of 'High' and will open the incident.
- DNAC Backup Success event - raised if Entuity receives a DNAC Webhook indicating the most recent backup has succeeded. This event has a severity of 'Info' will close the incident.
Remote Terminal:
Applicable to Entuity v20.0 P02 upwards.
You can launch a remote terminal session on a DNAC/ISE device through SSH, using the 'maglev' account:
- Navigate to a DNAC/ISE device and right-click to open the Context Menu.
- Click Remote Terminal, which will open the Remote Terminal page for the selected device in a new tab, where you can sign in to the device.

Web browser access:
Applicable to Entuity v20.0 P02 upwards.
You can launch an HTTPS session using the DNAC/ISE device's connection URL:
- Navigate to a DNAC/ISE device and right-click to open the Context Menu.
- Click Access via Web Browser to open the DNAC's home page in the browser.
