Configuration details to specify when adding the asset to Entuity
Entuity supports hardware monitoring on Dell PowerEdge MX Chassis through the Dell OpenManage portfolio REST implementation. Entuity discovers the chassis, switches, blade servers and internal components, shared chassis components, such as fans and power supplies, as well as various environmental sensors. To do so, the Entuity collector uses port 443 (which must be open bidirectionally between the Entuity server/agent and the Dell PowerEdge MX Chassis) and a hardware monitoring user account.
