CUCM Phone and Inventory Status
Entuity's support for CUCM applications extends our support for managed host devices by discovering the managed host's associations Entuity's CUCM system dashboards allow you to view details of a CUCM managed host's infrastructure (such as CTI devices) and sub-objects (such as phones).
There is also a system Summary dashboard for CUCM applications.
Note, CUCM dashboards will not be immediately available after you have added your CUCM device. This is because CUCM devices initially are added as managed hosts, and then Entuity will detect that they are running CUCM. Once Entuity has detected that the managed host is running CUCM, the CUCM dashboards will become available.
The CUCM dashboards are as follows:
CUCM Infrastructure:
- Incidents Summary - this is an Incidents Summary dashlet. This dashlet displays a pie chart of the incidents by severity level on the selected CUCM managed host.
- There are then 7 Table dashlets, listing the following:
- CTI Devices
- Inter-Region Bandwidth
- Device Pools
- H323 Devices
- Gateway Devices
- Gatekeeper Devices
- SIP Devices
CUCM Phone and Inventory Status:
- Incidents Summary - this is an Incidents Summary dashlet. This dashlet displays a pie chart of the incidents by severity level on the selected CUCM managed host.
- There are then 5 Table dashlets, listing the following:
- Phones
- Phone Extensions
- Failed Phones
- Voicemail Systems
- Media Devices
