The Firmware dashboard displays the history and current status of firmware updates.

The Firmware dashboard is applicable to Views and devices. It is a system dashboard, which means that you cannot edit the settings of the dashboard. However, you can create a copy of a system dashboard and edit that copy as you want.

For a View:

The View-level Firmware dashboard contains a Table dashlet detailing every device on this View and the following firmware attributes for each of those devices, if applicable:

• Display Name - display name of the device.
• Firmware Image Name - name of the firmware image.
• Firmware Image Local MD5 - MD5 hash of the file, generated on retrieval.
• Firmware Image Status - current status of the firmware on the device.
• Firmware Image Location - location of the image on the device
• Version - user-specified version.

For a device:

The device-level Firmware dashboard contains the following dashlets:

• Key Info - this is a Key Info dashlet. This dashlet displays current key information about the firmware on the selected device.
• Firmware History - this is a Firmware History dashlet. This dashlet displays the firmware update history for the selected device.
• Events List - this is an Events List dashlet. This dashlet displays a list of the events on the selected device, together with key details about those events.
