To build a Devices SNMP Response Time report

The Devices SNMP Response Time report details the responsiveness of devices to requests from Entuity.

To build a Devices SNMP Response Time report:

1. In the Main Menu, click Reports.
2. This will open the Reports page. Click Administrative Reports.
3. This will open the Administrative Reports page. Click Devices SNMP Response Time.
4. This will open the Devices SNMP Response Time Options page.
5. If you want to reuse previously saved report values, select it in the Use saved values dropdown field.
6. Specify the format of the report in the Report format field.
7. Specify the View against which you want the report to be run in the Please select a View dropdown field. From ENA v18.0 P06 upwards, you can drag Views into this field from the Drop Box.
8. Specify the metric by which the report will be sorted in the Sort by dropdown field, one of Percentage Waiting, Response Time, Success Rate, or Failure Rate.
9. Specify the number of devices to be included in the report in the TopN (0=all) field. By default, the top 10 devices are measured on the selected Sort by metric.
10. Specify if you want the Report Period to be a Recent period or across a Range.
11. ENA v17.0 P08 upwards: Specify the time zone to which you want the reporting period to apply. By default, this is set to None, which means that the time zone of the host/consolidation server is used.
12. Click Save to save your report values, Run to run immediately, or click Cancel.
