To build a Process Diagnostics report
The Process Diagnostics report displays information on Entuity processes for diagnostic investigation of irregularities in those processes.
From ENA v18.0 P03 upwards, you can access diagnostic data via the UI. Please see this article for further help and information on how to do this.
Charts presented for each process, report on the User and System CPU utilisation. System CPU is the CPU usage in system functions such as file and network activity.
The User and System CPU utilisation combined represent the total CPU used by the process for one processor/CPU core.
Assuming the Entuity server has 8 processors, with 100% usage reported for the DsKernel process, this would in reality represent 12.5% of the total available CPU resource.
To build a Process Diagnostics report:
- In the Main Menu, click Reports.
